While 2PM and SNSD's Taecyeon and Yoona's couple performance was one of the most widely searched topics on Korean site 'Nate', another 2PM and SNSD pair were also under the gun of scrutiny from Korean Netizens, but for a totally different reason.
Camera captures of 2PM's Wooyoung and SNSD's Tiffany dancing together were focused upon with terrible joy by Netizens, who proceeded to leave hurtful and emotionally crippling comments about how Tiffany seemed to have a 'gut':
"That 'honey thigh girl' has a gut too."
"Wooyoung probably was shocked at seeing her fat and froze on the spot."
"Wooyoung and Tiffany has the same size thighs!"
"Here's a new resolution for Tiffany: Lose weight."
This issue has led me to question... how is she fat?! Tiffany does not need to do anything as stupid as 'plan to loose weight' as her New Years Resolution.
I might not be the biggest fans of SNSD, but no girl, whatever their age, nationality, or profession, should have to be victimized like that.These are skinny and tight jeans. No matter how skinny you are, when you wear these kinds of pants, they will emphasize your curves. Shouldn't she be applauded? After all, I thought it was the curves on a girls body that attracted guys (S line anyone?).
It is easy to attack someone behind anonimity and a computer screen but one has to wonder how many of these attackers are able to boast a better body than Tiffany's?
