Well, this is from Super Junior’s Heechul and Kang In (and the other two boys but I’m not sure about them) show… the show is called “Band of Brothers” (???) and DBSK only appeared in that show as a video message to give their fellas support messages ^^

I think the boys recorded the video in Japan.
