After SM Entertainment agreed to release a clean version of DBSK’s “Mirotic”, they must have had second thoughts.
With the government going on a rampage against all explicit lyrics beginning with Rain, SM Entertainment became fed up with it and has filed a law suit with the District Court to lift the ban of selling the CD to anyone 19 and younger.
According to SM, they do not believe that the lyrics were explicit in any way and that the government is misinterpreting the lyrics and finding “sexual and erotic meaning where there is none”.
