FT Island's Lee Hongki has been cast in a Japanese drama. The drama is named "Muscle Girl" and will be aired on Japanese stations TBS and MBS starting in April. Hongki will follow in the footsteps of JYJ's Kim Jaejoong, who acted in the Japanese drama "Sunao ni Narenakute" last year. He will star alongside Japanese actress Ichikawa Yui.Lee Hongki has gained much popularity in Japan as the lead vocal of FT Island and has also gained recognition for his role as Jeremy in the successful SBS drama "You're Beautiful", which was recently aired in Japan. Hongki is also scheduled to sing for the Japanese drama's OST.
