Jaebeom, 'Hype Nation' OST...will film a music video in Korea, practicing vocals and acting

2PM's former leader Jaebeom (23) will be showing off his talent as a singer through his role in the movie 'Hype Nation.'

'Hype Nation' producer Jason Lee me with Star News on the 29th and said, "Jaebeom will definitely be appearing on the OST of 'Hype Nation.' He has finished recording 4 tracks," he revealed.

Jason Lee continued, "Among the songs he has recorded for the OST, Jaebeom is scheduled to film a music video for 1 of the songs after he returns to Korea at the beginning of June," and "That music video will show his b-boy team AOM and about 40 breakdancers will be participating," he revealed.

He continued, "There are people who are worried about Jaebeom's acting abilities, but it is a dance movie and Jaebeom is currently working hard at receiving acting training in America; he will show a performance that is greater than the anticipation he is receiving," he revealed.

Jaebeom will return to Korea for the first time in 8 months to film 'Hype Nation' in teh beginning of June. The staff of 'Hype Nation' also worked on the Hollywood hit dance movie 'Step Up,' and famous American hip hop group B2K will also appear in the movie.

Jaebeom has attracted attention for sharing more than half of his salary from 'Hype Nation' with his AOM crew. Jason Lee said, "Jaebeom gave half of his own salary to his [AOM crew] who received less than he."
