11 months since their debut, After School finally claims the mutizen for the first time on Inkigayo this week for "Because of You".After 11 long months and two singles that failed to claim the award on any music show, After School was finally successful today at claiming the mutizen on Inkigayo for their new hit single "Because of You".
The lovely long-legged ladies of After School performed today in festive green outfits, fitting for the holiday season. The only problem I have with After School's Inkigayo performances is that the cameramen seem to have an obsession with UEE and never focus on Bekah during Bekah's rap but rather shifts the camera over to UEE. After School once again claimed first on the digital charts as well, beating out fresh new competition such as T-Ara's new addictive song "Bo Peep Bo Peep".
Afterwards, the girls were up for the award against big competition such as K.will, T-Ara, f(x), U-Kiss, JYP and IU. Despite these strong competitors, After School was successful in claiming the top stop this week. Leader Kahi gave an emotional speech while the other members cried from joy for their first ever award. Congratulations After School on their FIRST EVER mutizen award!
