SM lays down rules for DBSK

DBSK may have begun their Japanese activities as Tohoshinki under Avex recently but they've been met with 3 rules from SME.

Below are the conditions that SM gave Avex and DBSK - only if they were met would the band be able to perform in Japan. The rules they gave can possibly be an explanation as to why they boarded separate flights to Japan and why their performance recently at Best Hits Kayousai was the way it is.

1. (SM/Avex) Must keep a close watch through out the whole course (of promotions/activities).
2. There should not be any contact/conversation between Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu (the three who filed the lawsuit) and Yunho and Changmin.
3. Only Yunho and Changmin are allowed to respond during an interview.

What makes it worse was that apparently, Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun were NOT informed of these rules prior to going to Japan and were only given their schedule.

If the rules above apply every time the band go to Japan, I say it's gonna be a difficult few months for DBSK because even if they may want to be on good terms with each other, these conditions will make it literally impossible for them to do so. Also, I wonder how the 'no responding from the 3 members during interviews' is gonna work when they hit the talk shows for single promotion next year as "Break Out" is due late January 2010.

I'm too shocked and angry to be able to come up with a longer opinion but SM has really gone farther than far this time around and I hate to think about it but these rules may spell the end of the band. What do you guys think of this development?
