[News] B-Pass Magazine: New Album Interview

There’s a translation from tami@beyondyuchun which came up along with this pic, yet I’m not an expert in Korean for translating a direct conversation.. so… I won’t dare to translate and let someone else with more proper Korean skill to do that, lol
But I think I can give you brief summary (Legra/Chompoo unni, if you find the detailed translation, please edit this post, okie?)

New Album Interview
“The Secret Code”
The 4th album that will be released on March 25th. “The Secret Code”

“Dong Bang Shin Ki who wants you to know more about this album.”

>> The first question asking about how they could managed to record the album in their such tight schedule.

Jaejoong answered this. He said they didn’t have a special time to record The Secret Code, thus they did it during the tight schedule. So it’s like recording - doing other things - back recording again…

so they needed to take care of their health much more, or else they would easily catched cold.

>> The second question asking about how they took care of their health during that time..

again Jaejoong who answered ^^

He said they would quickly sleep when they had some leisure time, also drank a lot of water so that they wouldn’t be dry.. only basic things, yet it’s so important.
Then Yoochun added that one thing left on his mind of the recording time was “Pork Cutlet”.

>> Interviewer was surprised and asked how come “Pork Cutlet“??

Yoochun answered…

During recording, in every meal time Yoochun would always ordered pork cutlet. Today pork cutlet, next day pork cutlet,.. until finally their Director/Manager asked whether he wanted to order different menu (coz only by seeing it, the Director was bored already)” ^^;;;

– then here is back talking about the album. Junsu and Changmin were having argument again about something but then Jaejoong backed Junsu up… but I’m not really sure what they’re talking about XDD.

However, Yunho ended the endless conversation by saying that the album had a fresh feeling as they did genre Dong Bang Shin Ki never did before… and he wanted everyone to feel the same feeling as he did as well.–

>> Then, the interviewer asked about the meaning of “The Secret Code”

Not really sure what they’re talking, but Yunho said that the code for Dong Bang Shin Ki was “WORK”.

>> next, asking about the most favorite song… (I haven’t read this part yet… so I dunno which member will choose which song, but I would go for TAXI!!!)

Changmin chose “Secret Game“. It’s a short song and came as the first song in the album. He thought the song was strong and if it’s performed on stage, it would live up the atmosphere.
Jaejoong chose “FORCE“. The lyrics has many english words in it and it sounds a lot like western music and has a very cool rhythm.

Yoochun said he also liked Changmin and Jaejoong’s favorite song, but he would choose “TAXI” (ROFLMAO!!!! the same again, baby! I also chose “Crazy Love” in MIROTIC album and that’s Chun’s fav song ).

Then I dunno why Yoochun started to blabber about the album itself, lol. He said, as their 4th album in Korea, MIROTIC got a very good response as it topped a lot of charts in their targetted countries: Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand.. and even in France.. he stressed that this album had the same hope to get such good response from everyone.

Yunho chose “Nobody Knows“. He said that it had the same atmosphere with their Korean released song “O Jun Ban Hap”, and got that mature feeling.

Jaejoong tried to sum up all by saying that eventhough they had their own favorite songs, actually all songs in the album were the same attractive. Dance songs, middle up tempo, and ballads.. you could find those genres in the album.

Then talking about their ARENA TOUR!

Yunho promised that everyone would have a great pleasure by attending their ARENA tour.
Everyone could enjoy the songs in The Secret Code album altogether, and the atmosphere would be hot.

Jaejoong added, “the overall image of the tour is not decided yet, but the title of the tour “The Secret Code” is already determined. And with that name, I want the tour to have that mysterious atmosphere.”
