With the release of the new album, hundred of fans gathered in front of local CD stores to get their hands on the most anticipated comeback album in Korea this season. The album even received and impressive 333,000 pre orders.
Members of TVXQ expressed they were in shock and couldn't believe it since they initially thought reacting 15,000 in sales was difficult enough. The boys were also touched by the amount of support and promised to work hard.
The 4th album was created by the ideas of the individual members:
Jae Joong first came up with the title Mirotic by combining the Korean word "miro" with the English ending "tic", creating a new slang/word meaning To be trapped in a maze. The new word also reflects the fact that fans can not escape the charm of Dong Bang Skin Ki.
"We wanted to try something new while keeping the idea that only DBSK would do this sort of thing. That was not so easy."
